reservation and payment

A 20% deposit should be paid in advance at the moment of reservation. Reservation will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of the a.m. deposit. The remaining amount should be paid at least four weeks prior to your arrival date.

cancellations / money return

The initial deposit is non- refundable. The remaining amounts received more than four weeks before arrival are refundable.
